Wash hands before meals.
What to Do If You Have Diarrhea
Do not take anti-diarrheal medication (prevents expulsion of pathogens).
Sip ORS electrolyte solution to replenish fluids and minerals.
Eat bland, easily digestible foods (e.g., rice porridge).
Avoid spicy foods, dairy products, raw/undercooked dishes, and fermented foods.
When to Seek Medical Help
If symptoms persist beyond 24–48 hours or worsen (e.g., severe dehydration, high fever, bloody stools), consult a doctor immediately. Do not self-medicate, as it may aggravate the condition.
